THE JOB

We’re hiring a Client Operations Coordinator to help keep things running smoothly during tax season. This role is part admin, part project manager, and all about making sure client files and workflows stay on track.

If you’re someone who thrives on keeping things organized, managing details, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, this is the role for you. Experience with client communication, scheduling, and document handling will put you at the top of the list.
